FC AraratClub portal

Terms of use

Version 1.0, effective from 6 November 2026

These terms apply when you use the FC Ararat club portal my.fcararat.ee. By using the portal you agree to them.

1. Service provider

Jalgpalliklubi FC Ararat Jalgpallikool, registry code 80645892, Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: portal@fcararat.ee.

2. Who may use the portal

Only parents (legal guardians) of FC Ararat players whose e-mail address is in their child's club record and who have given consent may use the portal. The club grants and ends access.

3. Account and sign-in

You sign in with a Google account or a one-time link sent by e-mail. Keep your account and mailbox secure and do not share sign-in links with others.

If you suspect someone else has used your account, tell us at once at portal@fcararat.ee.

4. Information in the portal

The portal shows information from the club's register: tournaments, squads and your child's participation status. The data is updated regularly, but there may be a short delay. If in doubt, the coach's message and the club's tournament regulations (FCA-TUR-REG) prevail.

Fees and how they are paid are set by the training agreement and the tournament regulations, not by the portal.

5. Acceptable use

Use the information only to organise your own child's training and tournaments. Do not copy, publish or pass on other children's data (names and squads) to third parties.

Do not try to access other users' data, disrupt the portal or use automated requests.

6. Availability

We do our best to keep the portal running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. It may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or outages.

7. Liability

The club is not liable for damage caused by the portal being temporarily unavailable or by delayed data updates, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

8. End of access

Access ends when the child leaves the club, consent is withdrawn or these terms are breached. Processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes and governing law

If these terms change, we will publish the new version on this page. These terms are governed by Estonian law.
